Scammers 100%. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the An STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the Anderson Kia in Raleigh and no other. Next, I called them, and they agreed that after I cancelled the plan they would give me a check for the difference between what I paid and the refund which was 282 dollars. I lost so much money because of this what I spent and what I was refunded after a year of ownership. Jermaine white told me the check was mailed Dec 5th and guess what, he lied because I still don't have it. He also told me they are a billion dollar company with other things to do. They don't care about the customer just the dollar. Find another dealer and buy and not this one. I have called numerous times to speak with General Manger and nobody returns my calls.. So, I will continue to write bad reviews on this dealer to help other people be aware of scams Twice reported to the BBB but that doesn't help either. The only way is to let others know. And, yea, they hide a 5K markup because they say it's due to not having cars on the lot. Another scam. More

Drove literally 8 hours just to work with Oscar and Mike. I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transpare I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transparent and extremely fairly priced. Only dealer on the east coast not trying to charge me an outrageous market adjustment. Never once did I feel presured or like I was in a typical dealership. I got a great rate, great price, great deal on my trade in and even a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Marcus. The whole process was actually enjoyable! I'm crazy and my wife and I get new vehicles every 2 years, they have earned my business for the future and I could not recommend them enough. The professionalism they show is something all dealers should learn from. More
