They had my jeep in their shop for a whole month doing warranty repairs on my engine. When returned to me, they failed to mention my vehicle sustained hail damage, which they told me I was responsible for warranty repairs on my engine. They made excuses that the mechanic quit his job and that’s why it took so long to get back. They also failed to check my empty coolant reservoir as part of the multi-point inspection. In reassembling my engine, they managed to mess up inner fender guard and now my tire scrapes it any time I tuen. The service advisor had poor communication and neglected to ever call or text me until I demanded updates. I would not hear from him for 4 or more days at a time. I used their preferred car rental company at first until that vehicle’s battery died and they tried to charge me $50 to come jump it in my driveway. I was out $2000 in car rentals due to the lengthy repair where my vehicle no doubt sat in their parking lot awaiting hail storms and Im currently out $500 for the hail deductible. More

Appointment and the service were reasonably good, no complains on communications as well. I took shuttle home, however the vehicle service was completed around 4:30 PM and they were not able to send sh complains on communications as well. I took shuttle home, however the vehicle service was completed around 4:30 PM and they were not able to send shuttle (shuttle service ends at 3:00PM) so I had to figure out a way to come and pick it up before 5:30 when they close, which was a hassle a bit. More

Lee Hall & Jordyn Runte gave me their earnest attention to replace my delaminated Radio system. It took almost a month, but they stayed with it. They were as happy a I am when Chrysler approved the replac to replace my delaminated Radio system. It took almost a month, but they stayed with it. Horrible customer service in the service department! !! It is nearly impossible to get ahold of a service representative. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle to have a part replaced under warranty !! It is nearly impossible to get ahold of a service representative. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle to have a part replaced under warranty and NOTHING went right at all. I was told the part was there, and that the work would be completed the same day I brought it in. I was told that there would be a shuttle to take me home so that I could go to work while they completed the warranty work, but there wasn't. The part that was there was incorrect and was only discovered after dismantling my seat. They never called to inform me of this, and I only found out after driving to the dealership at the end of the day when I couldn't reach anyone, only to be told my vehicle hadn't been touched. What was supposed to be a one-day job took four days. No vehicle was provided for me to drive as a courtesy for their mistake, which was very inconvenient since I still have to get back and forth to work. At no point would they communicate the issues with me even after multiple attempts to contact them unsuccessfully. After the work was eventually completed, there was nothing done to try and make up for all of the issues and inconvenience besides an "I'm Sorry". The service advisor stated she would ensure a manager would call me since I called several times and couldn't even get ahold of management. To this day, no one from the dealership has called me. I even emailed the General Manager and have had no response. I left a review similar to this one and received a message through this website asking me to reach out to a manager. So much for that, since every time I call, a manager is not available. If you plan to go to this dealership for service, be warned that you may have a similar experience. As of now, I do not plan to return to this dealership, and I would caution you not to as well. The management does not seem to care about the issues or at least reach out to express their concerns with them and find a solution. I would think as a business, you would take these situations serious and try to learn from them and improve at the very least. Not all issues during this experience have been stated, but at this point I feel like I am wasting my time and breath. I just want others to know what they can expect dealing with this business. More
