I walked in with a working vehicle that needed minor repairs and left with a car unable to be driven for more than 10 min. I tried to get help from the General Manager (Rob) he wanted to charge me more for a diagnostic assessment that they never did despite me requesting one. I then contacted the dealership lead and they NEVER returned my call after I kindly requested a resolution… never welcomed me on for a discussion and the entire dealership and service e department ignored me. I had 2 kids, no longer drivable vehicle and they did not care.. I have text messages and videos to prove and considering going to small claims court. Please do not trust them… it’s 50/50 chance you will get real service . More

I was there for service on a new truck that was throwing codes. Robert handled everything very well, even though the truck was not fixed the first time I picked it up. Eventually, they did work out exactly what the problem was and 100 miles later it’s running great. I’m here from Wilmington, North Carolina, which is about 640 miles away. Wow this Hyundai did interfere with my vacation and added to my stay. Robert did a great job getting me loaner cars and staying in touch on it. Kudos to Robert G! More

Mistake there as there was misunderstanding on both parts. I paid cash so a little unhappy I wasn't told that. It was at least 4 hours of time spent there. More
