2020 Lexus NX - New Léase I’m a Lexus of West Kendall loyal customer and this is the 3rd vehicle that I purchase/lease from there. I had a good experience first with Stephen Cr I’m a Lexus of West Kendall loyal customer and this is the 3rd vehicle that I purchase/lease from there. I had a good experience first with Stephen Cruz who was very attentive in his responses to my questions. He led me to Jorge Gonzales who was also very professional. He listened to my needs and worked to get me a good deal. In the end, I walked out a happy customer. More

Excellent except for language I had a recall for Airbag on my high quality, 10 year old Lexus sports coupe.While in, of course they uncovered long overdue routine maintenance, incl I had a recall for Airbag on my high quality, 10 year old Lexus sports coupe.While in, of course they uncovered long overdue routine maintenance, including dry and worn tires. Tire price seemed high,? Unlike some shops that try to oversell, I knew these were legitimate overdue repairs. They gave me an excellent loner... A runner from the dealer returned my car and picked up their loner in due time. My car was returned detailed. Great experience with polite helpful employees But my only issue was every one of the six different people I dealt with had very thick Spanish accents and spoke far too quickly. Thus I often had to ask them to repeat themselves. More

Great advisor and nice perks The service advisor was great! I love the manicure idea, but not the fact it’s only on Wednesdays for a short time period. It’s nearly impossible to plan around that. I love the new,free shuttle service. I used it to and from my house for this service visit. Of course, I always love the loaner car too! More
