I was very upset as it took me several weeks to get this appointment. I received a email confirmation the day before reminding me of the appointment and asked if I needed to change it I could do so - no response meant I was good to keep the appointment. If a text or verbal confirmation is needed, I highly recommend it is done the day prior. She did call me back and I was able to at least keep the same day.
