I brought my new truck in for a second look at the radio/informati facility; snacks, refreshments and other amenities in the service department area. I brought my new truck in for a second look at the radio/information center system. I would not work properly (no audio, except for hissing and crackling out the speakers) when started on several occasions. I left it for trouble shooting. They identified the problem to be a defective amplifier. It was replaced and works fine so far. Great friendly service dedicated to finding and fixing problems.
