I took my truck in for an oil change, and they didn't even put the drain plug all the way in. I found this out when there was a large oil spot in my driveway so I took it back, talked with the service ma even put the drain plug all the way in. I found this out when there was a large oil spot in my driveway so I took it back, talked with the service manager and he gave me my next service free. So fast forward to now I take my truck back in thinking they will do a better job and when I pick it up it has check engine lights on and I look under my hood to find cut wires and a broken harness clip. Their technician must have been trying to check my air filter and broke my sensor clip and cut wires somehow then didn't say anything to anyone just shut the hood and parked it outside for me to pick up. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK and I'm going to tell everyone I can that they shouldn't either! More

I bought my Chevy Cruise back in Nov 2020 (abt 45000 miles). I bought the extended warranty on it & changed my oil regularly. Then my hubby & mother-in-law got covid in Oct 2021. Putting him in the hos miles). I bought the extended warranty on it & changed my oil regularly. Then my hubby & mother-in-law got covid in Oct 2021. Putting him in the hospital, rehab & throat surgery (6 mths) The last thing on my mind was oil changes for my car. I got it changed about 9000 miles. Then in the beg of 2023, the timing was off & needed a timing chain. You guys fixed it. Then in July-Aug 2023 my car was in the shop again. this time it took nearly 4 weeks to discover what was wrong. When the problem was discovered, it was a bent piston & it needed a whole new head. I was told the warranty was VOID because I didn't maintain the car properly. It cost me over $2000 to get it fixed. Then the company was sold & we were told we had to pay up (I was making payments). Now the NEW head is leaking oil & there isn't a head to be found. We were told Chevy doesn't make them any more (for Chevy Cruises)! I've been on the waiting list now for about 3-4 months at least! Who knows how long it will take for a refurbished head to be located. More
