Layla was an excellent sales woman. She showed me all you had to offer that day and what you could offer for my 2020 Outback. From the minute I walked into the door I was treated so well. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly!!! I was so impressed with how I was valued as a person and I was listened to. I did not feel any high pressure at all from anyone. The web site was so informative and I liked how it listed the used car inventory with the price and the ability to see the car fax on each car. Layla Lopez, the sales person I worked with was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. She respected my opinions and worked very hard to make sure the car that best fit my needs was found and secured. I really trusted her and respected her honesty and opinion. Tracy in the finance department was wonderful too. She also respected me and worked very hard to complete the transaction that best fit my needs. Both Layla and Tracy were so professional and knowledgeable and so friendly. The rest of the management was awesome. I was thanked in person and by emails too. Layla was awesome to work with! She was able to answer all our questions and was very efficient in completing the transaction which can be quite long. She took over for someone who, in my opinion, was not very interested in selling a car and unwilling to give a reasonable value for our trade-in. We ended up selling our old vehicle to CarMax for over twice the amount the dealership was offering. More
