Be careful with these guys! Picked up my plates - didn't get the title. 7 months later they call me.....we have your title. It's $28 to send it. UMMMMM isn't this your mistake?? Picked up my plates - didn't get the title. 7 months later they call me.....we have your title. It's $28 to send it. UMMMMM isn't this your mistake??? I said no. I'll pick it up....I live 45 minutes away....I never was close to the area and I'm a single working mother of three......now I have to pay $60 to get a new title. I spoke with them and they said they will reimburse me for the cost of the title transfer. $10. They'll send me a check....NO check. Nobody calls me back! These guys are amateurs. They are unresponsive. And they lie. More

L.W used sales manager no good .Wanted to do business on a older model GX ( 2018 ) but he not a good salesperson.Ended up getting a deal on a 2023 newer Luxury model with Sports package .It was a blessing i a older model GX ( 2018 ) but he not a good salesperson.Ended up getting a deal on a 2023 newer Luxury model with Sports package .It was a blessing in disguise not doing business with DCH Acura ..Everything was thumbs down from start to finish with this dealership . They are honest, courteous, and keep their word. I was first reached out to by Colleen who is a fantastic online representative. We communicated via text and she was patient with my questions and concerns. We came to an agreement and invited me over to the dealership. At the dealership, I was helped by Lora who is also a fantastic representative. Lora made the process very smooth, answered any questions I had, and helped me through the financing. I was wary about the process because of previous experiences but this dealership did a great job. Special shout out Lawrence for his transparency and Vipin for his support with financing. More
