I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Hyundai Inland Empire, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was appa Hyundai Inland Empire, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was appalling. The sales staff were dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. It was clear that they had no interest in helping me find the right vehicle; instead, they were more focused on pushing me towards the most expensive options without listening to my needs or budget. The vehicle I was interested in was grossly misrepresented. The salesperson assured me it was in perfect condition, but upon closer inspection, it had multiple issues – scratches, dents, and even mechanical problems that were not disclosed beforehand. When I brought these issues up, the salesperson was defensive and unhelpful, refusing to address or acknowledge the problems. To make matters worse, Hyundai Inland Empire's pricing was deceptive. They advertised one price online, but when I arrived, they tacked on numerous hidden fees and charges, making the final cost significantly higher than expected. When I questioned these charges, I was met with vague explanations and condescending attitudes. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down. I would strongly advise anyone considering Hyundai Inland Empire to think twice and take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of other dealerships that value their customers and conduct business with honesty and integrity – unfortunately, this is not one of them. Overall, my experience at Hyundai Inland Empire was nothing short of a disaster. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. More
