Car had a defect in the air conditioning from the start Car had a problem from the start. I was hoping to not have a use for the service department. The service was good. I really do not have anything to ba Car had a problem from the start. I was hoping to not have a use for the service department. The service was good. I really do not have anything to base this on though. Fixing the air-conditioning system with the new Freon seems to be closer to rocket science than practical knowledge of basic air conditioning. It took 2 hours. More

The way a sale should go Lawrence was amazing to work with. It was the first time we'd ever bought a car that involved sales staff and it not have the expected and never endin Lawrence was amazing to work with. It was the first time we'd ever bought a car that involved sales staff and it not have the expected and never ending stall and pressure tactics. He asked us what we were trying to do and just did it. It was that simple. He was very honest, upfront and genuine. He explained all the costs and made sure we didn't have any questions before, during and after the sale. He is the antithesis of the salesman stereotype. We'll be coming back when it's time for our next car purchase and we'll share with anyone looking to buy! More
