The team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. Scheduling my appointment was effortless, and they accommodated my needs perfectly. The attention to detail in servicing my G90 was outstanding. The technicians clearly know these vehicles inside and out, and their expertise shows. My car was returned in immaculate condition, performing better than ever, and they even went the extra mile with a complimentary wash and vacuum. The staff kept me updated throughout the process, explaining everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed. It’s rare to find a service center that combines such high-quality care with a personal touch, but Genesis of Englewood does it flawlessly.
