The salesman and the staff I encountered made me feel very welcomed. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, the selection was impressive, and the entire process was thorough and efficient. My husband and I purchased a 2012 charger back in September. We had a accident that totaled the vehicle and we went back to Marty Cancila. We called Lavell who was so so gracious with us. He paired us back up with Mike in finance because we previously worked with him. They both made our experience such a joy (given the circumstances). We ended up with a 2013 charger with more features and at a cheaper price! We will definitely be back in a few months when it's time to purchase our daughters vehicle. Thank you Lavell and Mike. You two made a upsetting time for us a delightful one. See you soon! More

The salesman Lavell made this a easy deal and it was a personable experience. The finance manager Mike had the same perception.
