My car has been at your dealership for a month and I have had no updates aside from 1 phone call letting me know they had not found the issue. I have had NO communication, no updates. Ace was my service tech had no updates aside from 1 phone call letting me know they had not found the issue. I have had NO communication, no updates. Ace was my service technician and my car is still at the dealership and I have had NO communication. Subaru Advicacy reached out to me 3 weeks ago and Michael x119121 was even worse at communication. I have reached out to Subaru corporate and will continue to post negative reviews until I get answers. More

Excellent service, excellent buying experience! On January 2nd I called every Subaru dealership in Wisconsin and told them I was buying an Outback by days-end based on sales price to take advantage On January 2nd I called every Subaru dealership in Wisconsin and told them I was buying an Outback by days-end based on sales price to take advantage of year-end finance incentives. Internet salesperson Laurie's price quote beat all others by hundreds to thousands of dollars, other dealers couldn't believe Kenosha Subaru could sell that car at quoted price. I agreed and bought the car sight unseen. I traveled 150 miles to close the deal with Joe Abrego who provided excellent, informed service. I asked about installing a remote start option and Joe delivered my car to their Service Department and 45 minutes later the installation was done. Aaron Redding processed the paperwork in minutes clearly explaining every detail. This was an excellent buying experience, I would contact Kenosha Subaru again for my next Outback! More

Excellent customer service started with my first phone call Having worked in a customer service industry it was a pleasure to experience at all levels the attention to detail and the friendly professional servi Having worked in a customer service industry it was a pleasure to experience at all levels the attention to detail and the friendly professional service that we received, It started with a phone call to Laurie who answered all my initial questions and set up a appointment to visit the dealership. Joe greeted us at the door and then went through a series of questions to determine which Subaru would best meet our needs, Throughout the purchase process, he was friendly, no pressure and personable. He took so much time to completely walk us through the vehicle before we even took it off the lot. The test drive was not just a cruise around the block. It could have been a defensive driving class as he had me test out all the amazing safety features that the Outback has. Working with Aaron was also a seamless process and the paperwork process was easy and relatively quick. I will definitely be recommending Joe and Kenosha Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Selling my 1st Subaru Back to Subaru Dealer I owned 3 Subarus - my 1st a 2010 Forester - Limited XT - turbo with the scoop. When I purchased my 3rd Subaru, Crosstrek, the Kenosha dealership exp I owned 3 Subarus - my 1st a 2010 Forester - Limited XT - turbo with the scoop. When I purchased my 3rd Subaru, Crosstrek, the Kenosha dealership expressed a lot of interest in my Forester, But I was giving it to my son, that was 3 years ago. I recently retired, and we were going from two cars - my wife's Outback and my Crosstrek to just one. Again, I gave the Crosstrek to my son, and we proceeded to sell the Forester back to the dealer. We were Extremely disappointed with the offer. It was below BOTH the KB and the NADA ROUGH Retail Trade value, and even the dealer classified it as "good Retail Trade Value" Similar cars are listed on the web for $10-$12,000. We we anticipating $7-$8,000, allowing the dealer to make a healthy $2- $3,000 profit. Their initial offer was $5,500, I was flabbergasted and insulted with this low-ball offer. We went next door to carmax and they immediately offered us $6,500 or $1,000 more than our own dealer - shameful! We went back over to Kenosha Subaru, and they graciously offered us $6,600 - still several $1000 below what we should have received. For the past 4 years we have serviced our vehicles at the dealership and always been treated fairly. I did NOT by my Crosstrek from Kenosha as another dealer closer to Milwaukee offered me basically the same vehicle for $1000's less. The moral of the story - if you are buying or selling, drive a few extra miles and get a much better deal, if you need service, they are great, friendly and timely. More

My car salesmen nightmare is over, I will only buy my future cars at Kenosha Subaru, and I live in Illinois.
