Not the cheapest for a new car, but excellent service dept. The service department is excellent. Can set up online appointments. Excellent service department You feel like they are being honest and fair with you when you have a question or concern and I appreciate that. Service is always done in a reasonable time period not unless they run into additional problems that weren't expected. I've dealt with Gerald Lane and he always does an excellent job in taking care of the customer. I feel Toyota has a excellent service department and its because of that I don't always worry about the cost factor because I know I'm being taken care of . It's always good seeing Laurie and talking to her before leaving the service department More
