Emailing kept their best offers available for me to review and compare at my convenience, and were significantly lower than MSRP. When we finally decided to purchase our brand new vehicle and arrived to check it out to confirm, Laurie passed us on to Jim. It was a strong contrast to our negative experiences with dealerships in Chicago. Having to drive from where we live in Chicago to the Aurora/Naperville wasn't ideal.
