My salesman was Ken and he did a good job. Staff were decent to be around. My only complaint is I was told they would have a second key for the truck I purchased and to this day they have no i Staff were decent to be around. My only complaint is I was told they would have a second key for the truck I purchased and to this day they have no idea and Believe the second key / the folder? Are lost. I would like my second key. When I called and asked to speak to Lauren (the sails manager) the call was hung up on. When I called back I was told she was “busy”. If Lauren would have at least called me back I would feel that my business was appreciated. I kind of feel like I was a number to buy a car and the key situation will not be taken seriously. More

Literally the worst experience of my life. If zero stars was an option I would have rated it as such. As my lease was coming to an end, I went in to see what my options were. I did not want to If zero stars was an option I would have rated it as such. As my lease was coming to an end, I went in to see what my options were. I did not want to end my lease just yet. They pull a car around, tell me it’s 800 a month for a car 1 year newer then I was currently driving. I said no thanks I’ll be leaving and searching for other options in which I had plenty. As I was preparing to leave the finance lady comes out and says I cannot take my car because she already grounded the lease!!!!!! Without my permission. Essentially forcing me into a payment I did t want or need. I will never buy a car from this trash dealership again. They should be ashamed of themselves for forcing hard working Americans into payments they don’t want. This is my third Kia I bought from them and I will absolutely never return again. 4 and a half hours sitting there to leave without the car I was still paying for and into a payment I didn’t want all because they flat out took my car from me while I was sitting there. Absolutely disgusting what they did. If you are reading this, I recommend you search else where for your new car 🖕🏼 More
