Lauren has very helpful in getting my car serviced in a timely manner. She knows what customer service means. She is pleasant in explaining what work was down and what may be needed in the future. Service advisors, like Lauren, have been outstanding. However, workmanship and parts quality are disappointing right now. I had my windshield replaced twice now. Once because of my driving and the second However, workmanship and parts quality are disappointing right now. I had my windshield replaced twice now. Once because of my driving and the second because it cracked overnight after having picked it up. Now, a week after, my windshield is cracked from stress. I am thoroughly disappointed and now need to visit the dealer again for a repeat to the repeat repair. I would very much like to speak to management about a resolution to this issue. I hope to amend my review at a later time but it’s not satisfactory at all at this moment. More
