My experience with Five Star Nissan was excellent !!! BAIT AND SWITCH I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Although the vehicle was not in stock, Lauren assured me that it would be at the store by 3:00 and th I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Although the vehicle was not in stock, Lauren assured me that it would be at the store by 3:00 and that I needed to see Billy when I arrived. I met Billy and he acted like he knew nothing about me coming in. He took me to his office and started looking through the computer for the vehicle. He did not even know which one I was there to test drive. When I asked him if the vehicle had arrived, he told me that "Unfortunately, it is late." He said that he had plenty of other vehicles he could show me, though. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! More
