My experience with the vehicle financing process was exceptional thanks to Sebastian Mena (F&I Manager) finance manager. Once I provided all the necessary documentation they took care of everything within hours. I reside in a different state and they made it very easy to process and took care of everything with regards to registration and license plate. I am very pleased with the staff that helped to make this purchase go easy and smooth. Special thanks to LAURA RAMIREZ (Sales Associate) she took care of me in a professional manner, great costumer service and she was very helpful answering all of my questions and considerations, as well as helping me find the car I needed and most importantly sticked to my budget. I was purchasing the car from out of state and she even took the chance to take and send me a few video clips to show me the car so that I could check it’s condition. The entire process from buying the car took about 5-6 hours which is considerably good taking into consideration that purchasing a car is a tedious and extended paper work process.
