Between given the wrong information multiple times across multiple topics critical to the purchase of the vehicle (what offers apply to which vehicle, what type of service comes with a new vehicle purchase, multiple topics critical to the purchase of the vehicle (what offers apply to which vehicle, what type of service comes with a new vehicle purchase, type of fuel used), having to do the credit application over since the original was lost (including my PII), having my license not given back until I asked for it, my phone being taken since the associate thought it was his, given the wrong information over which car we had just test driven (we had the pictures proving which one we drove), being told the keys were not available for that vehicle (associate lost them?), a complete lack of knowledge about the vehicle in general, arrogant and rude staff berating customers next to us about "we're losing money on this deal!", the constant and invasive questions about my personal and professional life (where do you work, where do you live, how much do you make, where did you work before, how long have you been married, on and on and on, etc. Far more than what was needed for the credit app. Honestly, it was extremely uncomfortable, as if the staff were wanting to stalk us), being asked if we "won the lottery" in regards to being able to pay cash for the vehicle but choosing to finance at 0%, having the brand of our other car spoken down on, having staff brag about making $87 an hour, bragging about the GM owning $50k+ Rolex watches, the wrong car being sold to us (associate apparently scanned the wrong car? We didn't discover this until the very end, thankfully they were practically identical so we just went with it), being lied to constantly about where things were in the process only to discover the opposite was in fact true, a general lack of interest or speed in the entire process, the "detailing" of the vehicle missing majority of the protective film/leaving the windows dirty and the car not vacuumed, and all of this taking place over 5 hours of waiting, I will never buy a vehicle at Reliable again, and honestly, may never purchase another Nissan. The vehicle is great, the dealership and process is an unfortunate byproduct. I do not recommend and will make sure any and all know about the experience. Avoid at all costs; they do not care about you or your business. More

Miss Kim and Reynolds! Sold me my perfect car! Only thing have to complain about is Jessie in the financing department, there was a lot of complaining he didn’t read the co Sold me my perfect car! Only thing have to complain about is Jessie in the financing department, there was a lot of complaining he didn’t read the contract to me and he just showed me where to sign, the communication wasn’t there, and the friendliness was lacking tremendously, I feel like it was just a purchase and he was just looking for my signature, He didn’t go through any of the contract details as to what I was signing, and it was a pretty big purchase and I like to know everything that I am putting my name to you. He didn’t really take the time to go over any of it and it was very rushing feeling. Besides dealing with Jesse everything else was perfect. He spoke about Reynolds and did a lot of complaining. He told me that Reynolds was about six months new and he doesn’t know how to sell cars because I kept asking him about car rebates and before I came in to buy a car Reynolds told me that there was a lot of rebates going on and I questioned it to Jesse and that’s when Jesse told me Reynolds was fairly new and doesn’t know how to sell cars! I was surprised to hear that because I have gotten cars from Reynolds several different times for about four years! And I really didn’t appreciate that down. Talk of Reynolds.! More
