However, in August a long crack appeared in the front windshield, It started at the edge (on the passenger side) and curved up and across, about 2 feet long. I had not noticed anything striking the windshield, and there was no mark from a rock or anything, just a crack. So, this did not seem right. I checked my warranty, and it said 12 months or 12,000 for the windshield, so I thought maybe it was at least a possibility to be covered. I made an appointment with the Service Department. One advisor (Ethan) was not sure, so he asked another advisor (Heather), and she immediately said (without looking up) that it was not covered under warranty. So, when I asked about the warranty, THEN she said all they could do was take photos and “send them to Chrysler and see what they say”. So, he took the photos, and I left. During the following week, I tried contacting him by message and calling three times, but he never responded. When I finally did talk to him (by going through another Advisor), he said that he had checked with the warranty advisor and that it wasn't possible (not sure when he was planning to tell me). NOTE: I also never received a survey in my email like I usually do after an appointment, which was strange, and like I never existed). Anyway, a friend told me I should go to Red River Dodge in Heber Springs. So, I did, and guess what? They also took photos AND got it approved under warranty. Not only that, but they also said they had dealt with TWO OTHER Challengers that had the same problem and were also fixed under warranty. SO...as a result, I now take my cars and my business to Red River. They have bent over backwards to help, and their customer service is amazing. I also still have a Dodge Charger that I bought new from Landers back in 2018, but after this experience, I am going to Red River for Service for it as well and will likely try to buy new from them again in a few years to replace it. After spending over $80K on cars and service with Landers in the past several years, I was very disappointed to be treated this way. NOTE: I tried at length to speak to someone in person instead of posting a review but wrote the Service Director and Customer Relations Manager at Landers and they never responded. Someone finally called back after I tried calling but never contacted me again or followed up after saying he would "look into it". But this didn't surprise me and no longer matters anyway since they completely lost my business. More

Customer satisfaction is a “selling point” only I bought a used 2017 Ford Mustang and the buying experience wasn’t bad. I actually really like the car. The sales men were nice but they’re salesman tr bought a used 2017 Ford Mustang and the buying experience wasn’t bad. I actually really like the car. The sales men were nice but they’re salesman trying to make a sale…so that part. Well I purchased a vehicle that I was aware of having minor cosmetic body damage that could easily be fixed at home for little to no cost. That damage was disclosed up front before viewing the car in person. No deal breaker for me. The car was dirty when I test drove it so I failed to see the overspray on the hood and the trunk of the car. I discovered that when they washed the car and brought it to me to drive home. Not to mention the overspray was very textured. They said bring it back for a buff. Well I did that and it can’t be buffed out. The salesman knew this when I mentioned it to him and he deterred me immediately from getting it painted because it would go in my Carfacts and that was basically the end of the discussion. Have not been able to discuss what other options I have with anyone because I have been passed around and ignored and no one will return my calls. The very next day the backup camera messed up. I notified the salesman and he said bring it in. It was “allegedly” looked at and deemed okay. Well 2 weeks later it is still messing up and I found out it has a recall on it. Yes I am at fault for not noticing overspray on a dirty car but they are just as guilty for non disclosure. I have real concerns and I have attempted to contact both the salesmen and the customer service representative, Winston and Laura. Laura won’t answer the phone or return my call. Winston won’t answer the phone and rarely returns texts. I’d appreciate some type of olive branch extension to show ownership of the mistake and make sure I remain a happy customer but I’ve gotten nothing but the run around. The aftermath has truly made this a horrible buying experience because I feel like I was duped. They sold me a secretly wrecked, overpriced vehicle that they knew had underlying issues. I definitely will not buy from here again. After my 60 day is up, they will not be serving my vehicle either. I rated the employees low because they are the ones ignoring my calls and concerns. I didn’t give a 1 star because they were nice when they did respond. More

I describe my issues to the service Employee, when I get the bill I see they have changed the oil, wrote that the tail light is out and that the parking brake cable is loose and needs to be replaced. Service Employee did not tell me any of this. Just handed it off to payment. I went out to my truck to leave and noticed the tail light was not repaired. When I went back in to see why this wasn't fixed they told me they were out of parts. The issue is I told them my tail light is out, Landers then looks at the tail light say yes sir you are correct your tail light is out, then ask 45 dollars for this crucial bit of troubleshooting. I paid the bill as I had somewhere else to be and didn't have time to argue this. It is now 7Dec21, several weeks later. I have called the customer service manager Laura Mullinax 3 separate times on different days and left voice mail each time and no one has reached out to me at all for a resolution to my issue. EDIT On Wednesday December 8 Chris Lawhon reached out to me to correct this issue. He offered to apply the amount paid for 'troubleshooting' to the repair of the parking brake. They are telling me they are ordering the parking brake cables and will let me know when it's in. More
