Laura went above and beyond, even arranging to have a car brought in that wasn’t on the lot. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Santos, the finance manager, was also very helpful and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up purchasing a car we’re genuinely excited to drive and couldn’t be happier. I saw a vehicle on their site, called them and was so impressed with the entire operation that I did something I’ve never done before and bought the vehicle sight unseen. Went to the dealership a couple impressed with the entire operation that I did something I’ve never done before and bought the vehicle sight unseen. Went to the dealership a couple of days later and they made the entire process so smooth that I was off the lot in less than an hour. They aren’t exactly around the corner from where I live (50 miles away) but I will never give another car dealership my business again. Galpin has a customer for life. More
