Setting the appointment took several calls. After waiting for several weeks for a call back I called the service department and asked the young woman to schedule for me so I didn't have to wai After waiting for several weeks for a call back I called the service department and asked the young woman to schedule for me so I didn't have to wait for a call back. From then on it was all nice. All employees and service team members went above and beyond too get my loaner car and complete the repairs with excellent customer service. Getting the appointment was my only issue. More

Sales manager said he would take $500 off price . He was over written by the GM so that's why I give the low score .
