The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The sales person was disrespectful and completely rude..absolutely did know what he was talking about and didn't know the facts..he told us we were 1 The sales person was disrespectful and completely rude..absolutely did know what he was talking about and didn't know the facts..he told us we were 1st time buyers which isn't true cause we purchased vehicles from ferman chevy in Brandon on numerous occasions..I tried to show him proof and he didn't wanna listen and told me I was a liar and his financial officer was right.. we will be going back to ferman to buy... I don't recommend them... More
