I’ve been calling my local Cerritos Mazda dealership for almost a year and the part is “never in” and they’ll call me when they get a new shipment, but the San Juan Capistrano location replaced it no problem. Larry Ulrich, Fredy Campos and Hector Arvizu really took care of me and my car. Drop off and pick up of my vehicle was super fast and hassle free, they even finished with my vehicle a day before assumed. They also checked to see if my transmission was under warranty.
