Good car purchase experience, disappointed by service dept. I had a very good car buying experience. Larry was very helpful and patient and took the time to go through all the different colors of the vehicle I I had a very good car buying experience. Justin from the finance department was also very helpful and did not waste our time selling useless protection plans and stuff. So overall a very good car buying experience. However, I was really disappointed by their service/ detailing department. On the day that I brought the car home, I noticed that it had a lot of dust on the inside and near the door hinges and when I went back to the dealership to get it cleaned, they didn't do a very good again and I was left with the same dust inside the car. I also noticed a scratch on the left passenger door which really upset me since it's a new car. More
