Lakeland Volkswagen has always been a pleasure to work with. It's frustrating when you need service on your vehicle, but Lakeland VW has figured out how to remove as much friction from the process as poss with. I have been going to Lakeland VW to service my vehicle for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. She notified the service manager of my problem, and I have to admit they went above and beyond to correct the problem and satisfy me to the point I will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced.
