Larry listened to what I wanted and found the exact This was my first time purchasing a new car and Larry Rainford made my experience very enjoyable. Larry listened to what I wanted and found the exact car that checked off all of my boxes (which wasn't that easy)! He truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I felt no pressure and knew I was making the best decision. Larry even let me compare the Toyota I was interested in with a Honda, side by side in the car lot. It doesn't get much better than that! On a separate occasion, Larry made time to go over all of the gadgets and features in my new car. He even tagged all of the important pages in my car manual. Although these are things I could have done myself, having Larry take the time to do this really showed me that he truly cares about his customers. All in all- my experience was outstanding and I would recommend Larry as a salesman to anyone who is looking to buy a car! He's very knowledgeable, caring, and really wants to make sure that the customer is making the correct choice. Thanks for being a good sport, Mr. Rainford- I know I exhausted you with this purchase. Once we had decided on a car and completed the paperwork for the sale, Larry spent an incredible amount of time to make sure we understood the various features available in our new car. While we could have probably figured it out on our own, having someone quickly walk through them helped speed things up. Larry was a great person to have as a salesperson and the facility was just amazing. Much improved over the old location. More
