Customer service is not a concept with which they appear to be familiar. They were consistently terrible about communicating updates. In spite of several days advance notice that I was coming to pick up my car, it took 45 minutes for them to get it out of the parking lot. And finally, when I returned a voice mail inquiring about the quality of my service (!) I was transferred 4 times (IT? Sales? Another location altogether?); I never did reach customer service. This is one dysfunctional organization. More

I have bought two cars from Fitzgerald Rockville and they are leaps and bounds above any other car sales experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years. We then finalized our purchase with Jennifer Kim and Joe Judge, business manager. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I highly recommend this dealership, and even though I live 45 minutes away, I will probably be coming back when I need service to my vehicle. More
