The Ford Mustang that I bought was all set and ready when I came down for a test ride. Upon returning to purchase the vehicle, it was waiting in the garage and ready to go. My only regret was not getting a brief orientation of the driving features of the car before driving it home. It was very nice of Larry to call me after the purchase to check if everything was good with the car, which it was. Love the car and it was a good experience with no pressure of adding any additional enhancements. More

The service was as described, the issue I had was when I called and made the appointment for my 2024 Ford truck the scheduler mad my appointment for Ciocca Chevrolet not Ford! I had a schedule conflict and called and made the appointment for my 2024 Ford truck the scheduler mad my appointment for Ciocca Chevrolet not Ford! I had a schedule conflict and when I called to reschedule I was informed my appointment was at Ciocca Chevrolet, I had to specify with the scheduler that I wanted my Ford truck serviced at the Ford dealership! More

I write to compliment you and your staff. We purchased a pre-owned Mustang from you last Friday. What a contrast to the other dealers we had been dealing with. My wife and I h We purchased a pre-owned Mustang from you last Friday. What a contrast to the other dealers we had been dealing with. My wife and I had been looking for a pre-owned Mustang for our son for more than a month. We went to many used car dealers in New Jersey and in New York. Each time we walked away from those dealers, both my wife and I wanted to take shower to wash the sleaze off of us (really). Our experience with your salesperson, Logan, really highlighted the differences between your dealership and all of the many others we visited. First, Logan was waiting for us as we pulled up into your well-lit parking lot. Indeed, he was standing right next to the vehicle we intended to purchase. Additionally, Logan remembered our names and addressed us as “Mr. and Mrs. Hack.” While such formalities were wholly unnecessary, it made us feel, nonetheless, respected as customers. We found Logan to be open, honest and low-pressure. Let’s face it, when a customer walks into a showroom, he or she has already decided that they are going to buy a car, they are just looking for the right salesperson. Logan was the right salesperson. Further, Logan walked us through all of the pricing and thoroughly explained to us all of the factors that went into the vehicle price. He was very knowledgeable about The automobile and all of the options on the Mustang. Finally, when my wife expressed the fact that she was thirsty, Logan jumped up and got her some bottled water. Finally and, perhaps, most importantly, the amount we paid was the advertised price. There were no “re-stocking fees,” “certification fees,” and b.s. “internet advertising fees,” etc. . . We felt like we got a square deal. More

99 gmc sierra 1500 I had a great day at Ciocca Ford today. Came in and didn't realize I had an expired drivers license. Larry helped me to get that straightened out. Never think about this dealership Problems over Problems spent more than $5000 with in 2 year on car. Delayed a week to get delivery, spent 3 time from Allentown to Quakertown travel. More

I felt like I knew them a long time as they were friendly. Larry Kot was like a family. He was very nice and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to anybody. If I were to buy any other car I would proudly go back to Ciocca. Bob Loscalzo, the best manager and Zach "the magician" are unforgettable as well. More

Don't stand behind used vehicles I purchased a 2005 F250 with 73k miles on the clock from Larry Kot and 2 days later after driving a total of 31 miles the engine magically develops a I purchased a 2005 F250 with 73k miles on the clock from Larry Kot and 2 days later after driving a total of 31 miles the engine magically develops a noticible knock.. called and spoke to Larry and the service department and was told to bring it up and they will check it out.. dropped off Sunday for Monday am appointment.. receive a call Monday telling .e they hear the knock and want to charge me just shy of 400 dollars to diagnose the noise.. on a vehicle they inspected less than a month before and sold to me 2 days prior.. nothing they can do because it was sold as is.. I understand "as is" but 2 days and this happens? They do not stand behind the used vehicles they sell. Very disappointed in the dealership in general. I would avoid at all costs.. you are just another sucker to them and it's a xxxx shame. More
