Larry didn't want to work for my business. I was surprised with the conversation I had today with Larry. Northside had a pre-owned Porsche Cayenne for sale which I was interested in purchasing. Since I am an out of state buyer, I asked Larry to represent the vehicle to me. I asked for a walk around video and a detailed description of the Cayenne. While Larry did provide me with 3 very short and poor quality videos...I asked for him to give me a more detailed description. He said it was wet outside and that's the reason for the poor video and maybe I should look for a vehicle closer to where I live. Well, I have purchased vehicles out of state before. I actually purchased my Porsche 911 from a dealer in Arizona without issue. So, it can be done. His overall attitude was not what I expected. I'm a former Internet Sales Manager from a larger dealership and never took any of my customers for granted. I easily could've made a deposit today but he did not gain my trust. He seemed like he didnt care about my business. More
