It was my first time buying a car at Carman Ford-Lincoln dealership. I was impressed with the great selection, condition and pricing of their used cars. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Adam Johnson was very helpful and patient as I looked at a number of cars. Andrew Krueck and Bob Hepner were great to deal with; they helped us secure pricing, financing and thoroughly explained maintenance options to fit our needs. I was treated with respect and always felt very comfortable in dealing with the staff. It is a credit to Larry Giacchino and his family to put together such a great group of people. I have a 2012 Ford F150 with less than 20,000 miles that would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a SA right away. I made it very clear to the SA that I would like to be called with an update on my vehicle as soon as possible he said, "no problem, we will get to it right away." Four hours later I started calling them to get an update. After being on hold for 5-10 minutes my SA tells me that they do not know anything yet. Two more hours goes by and still nothing, once again I call and am put on "death hold" and finally the SA gets on the line and tells me that they need the second key for the vehicle. By now it is too late for me to run home and get the extra key for them. I dropped the key off to them around 8 on Friday morning and the person behind the desk said they would call me shortly. Three hours pass and nothing, so once again I call and get put on "death hold" and finally my SA gets on the line and says that they still ahve not figured out the issue but he would call me with an update. Four hours goes by and still nothing so I borrow a friends car and go down to Carman to find out what is going on. Finally I get an answer, the PCM failed in the truck....good news!! They finally figured it out after more than 8 hours of troubleshooting. Bad news....."we probably won't have the part until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week." I told them once again that this was my one and only means of transportation for work and they basically told me "sorry about your luck." The service staff has no sense of urgency on getting repairs done and they could care less whether or not they are putting you in a bad way due to their lack of concern for your situation. It's easy for them they just blame Ford and say, "we can't get the part from Ford, I don't know what to tell you." More

The staff was very friendly and accommadating. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. It was a "hassle" free experience. Just bought a Ford escape for my son and had an EXCELLENT experience at Carman Ford. The salesman was very familiar with the vehicle and the finance director was very competent, helpful, and quick. My husband and I gave the Carman dealership an excellent rating because of the quality of the used vehicle we purchased and the excellent service we received from the owner of Carman, Larry Giacchino and th rating because of the quality of the used vehicle we purchased and the excellent service we received from the owner of Carman, Larry Giacchino and the sales associate, Mike Krul, that we dealt with. They had a variety of cars to show us that they thought would meet our personal needs. They were friendly, courteous, and patient in explaining the features of the cars. We were made aware of all of our options. They tried to accommodate us in every way in order to make the vehicle we purchased meet our satisfaction. We left Carman with a vehicle that we are extremely happy with and one that we feel will serve our family nicely. More

My trade was a '99 Mountaineer I purchased from Carman Lincoln Mercury. Due to the distance from Aston, Pa; I visited several dealers in the PA area. I didn't feel I was getting the best posible deal so I Lincoln Mercury. Due to the distance from Aston, Pa; I visited several dealers in the PA area. I didn't feel I was getting the best posible deal so I drove to Delaware to make one last visit before making my final decision. I found the Carman Group had the best selection and the best overall pricing; however my decision to buy was based more on the professionalism, knowledge, Integrity, and friendliness of all the people I met. Glen Brood generously provided the time to answer all my questions and demoed the features I was interested in without any pressure to close the deal. I also had the opportunity to meet the Manager, Larry Giaciano and some of the service people! I shouldn't have been surprised that nothing since 1999 had changed. The same great courteous and professional demeanor was still the hallmark of this dealer. I won't waste my time shopping again; I'm going straight to Carman Lincoln Ford. More

Additonally the paperwork process was easy and quick and the car was ready for me when I arrived to pick it up and the entire staff at Carman made me feel very weclome. The sales rep spend allott of time explaing the features of the vehile and made certain that I undestood everthing and ansewerd all of my questions before I left. Thew sales rep followed up with me by phone 1 day later to check with me to see if I had any additonal questions. Overall a very pleasurable buying experience More
