Came in to view a used vehicle and Larry was quick to help out. He was honest and straight forward. He did not beat around the bush about the vehicle we initially were looking at and suggested that we lo help out. He was honest and straight forward. Larry managed to find a better vehicle at a better price, better condition, less miles, over all it was better. After closing the deal he showed me where the Service department was. Not even 1 week of owning the vehicle my check engine light came on, turns out the catalytic converter needed to be changed. I immediately called Larry to see if there was anything they could do to help me out as I have not even put 500 miles on the car and not even owned it for a full week. After getting back to me, he said bring it in and they will take care of it. I brought it in and Kelly in the Service department was very kind and helpful. She got me taken care of with my repair and after a couple of days I was good as new. This was my first time buying a vehicle from this dealership and I must say I am very happy and pleased with service and helpfulness they provided me in my time of need. More
