Received excellent service from Mario Macias. Service involved coverage by 10 year factory warranty which Mario took care of. Also involved coverage from the warranty I purchased on my new vehic Service involved coverage by 10 year factory warranty which Mario took care of. Also involved coverage from the warranty I purchased on my new vehicle in 2014. Thanks to Mario the warranties covered a new air conditioner compressor and new motor mounts. The next time I need service I will definitely call San Tan Hyundai and Mario. More

23 Santa Fe Calligraphy, headlight issue w/fading as driving. Tech could not replicate but did check connections, computer etc. This is understandable since its not a consistent issue, have been told ab driving. Comp service inspection was done, all explained well, ready as expected w/note to return if issue arises on next trip as well a 8K service due. Larry Appleby was service advisor, kept me informed, pleasant to work with, will return to him again. Overall very pleased with service from first walk in the door to time left. On a side note, the service manager's office is in a position to watch the service advisors which I haven't seen that set up in other dealers. Service manager is active in making sure customers are being taken care of, interacts with his team and with customer as necessary. 5 stars to STH with this experience and will return soon for the next service due. More

This service call started on 7/28/23 with an appointment in Gilbert. A problem was identified with the paint on the door handles of my car. In September I started making phone calls (8) to check the statu in Gilbert. A problem was identified with the paint on the door handles of my car. In September I started making phone calls (8) to check the status of the requested warranty work. My car had been in your service department two previous times with the same issue. I was told the parts were in and that our advisor would call us to schedule the work. The advisor never called back, and we continued to wait for the call. On the 8th phone call, I was told to make a new appointment. I showed up on November 30, 2023, expecting to have the new door handles installed. When I showed up for the appointment, the new door handles had not been painted and I was sent home with a loaner car. My car was picked up Friday December 1, 2023, which was 4 months from our first appointment. I talked to the Manager of the Service Department but, he was not really interested in what I had to say. He did say, "we have so many cars coming in each day." Overall, I feel your service department deserves a poor rating. More
