Horrible service and fraudulent sales. I was given documents and told I was buying a certified vehicle. The car was supposed to get delivered and within minutes after I left the dealer, I I was given documents and told I was buying a certified vehicle. The car was supposed to get delivered and within minutes after I left the dealer, I get a call indicating that the tires were bald and the car wasn’t going to get delivered. Two days later I was contacted and informed that they still needed to complete the 173 point inspection. I don’t understand how they sold me a certified vehicle without it being inspected. More
