We always had great prompt service and decided we would work with them on the purchase of a new vehicle when the time came. After visiting their lot on a Sunday we decided to go and speak to someone to assist us in the lease/purchase of a new vehicle. Our sales rep, Larry Dalton, couldn't have been more helpful. He assisted us with every concern and question we had helping us to make the best decision for us. He explained all the features of our new vehicle and was very helpful to get us set up with all the "new" technology. Make no mistake, the Tahoe is a great I came in to the dealership to look at suvs that might meet my needs better than the Tahoe I recently purchased. Make no mistake, the Tahoe is a great vehicle. I just found it to be much more than my wife and I needed. Larry met me in the lot and helped me look at a few cars. I found a very low mileage Cadillac XT5 that interested me and we took it for a ride. The car had all the things I felt that I needed so we went in to look at numbers. I had already done my research on the Tahoe and after some checking on the value of the Caddy I was prepared to negotiate. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales manager came back with a reasonable offer for my Tahoe and a good price on the Caddy. For once at a dealorship they were making what I thought was a reasonable offer that I did not even have to counter. I have bought many cars over the years and this is rare and speaks volumes for this dealership. Larry has been pleasant, helpful and professional throughout the process. I intend to make use of their service department and expect that I will be well pleased if the sales department is any measure of how I will be treated. More
