Wait time of 3 hours for service with appointment was excessive. The waiting room emptied twice. Unknown to me the car had been ready for at least 25 minutes without notice. Service rep said he was bogg excessive. The waiting room emptied twice. Unknown to me the car had been ready for at least 25 minutes without notice. Service rep said he was bogged down with paperwork. No problem was found with transmission. However, unreported shield rattle became worse as well as new acceleator studdering. I would not like to return to this uncaring place which appears to have scheduling problems. More
