Shopping for a car for my teenage daughter Derry made it easy to try out different cars so we could get the right one for her. Transparent about the vehicles. Closing on the car with Naomi was quick and painless too. Alex and Larry in service were very good too when dealing with our old VW. Finance manager (Ryan?) did try to baffle us with numbers during the deal which greatly irritated my wife and me, we would prefer a straight counter-offer when they didn't like our offer. Also had us wait about 2 hours before being able to close (a cash deal) once we'd agreed on price; would have rather the finance department been straight up about the time involved so we could have gone and used the time for something else. Again though, Naomi was well prepared and made the process easy once we got to see her to close. Greatest selection of VWs is the area by far. More
