Upon working with Larry on surface level, I appreciated him keeping his word on getting me into a car. However, eastern automotive group of Laurel quickly changed my interaction based off of the inconsiste him keeping his word on getting me into a car. However, eastern automotive group of Laurel quickly changed my interaction based off of the inconsistencies between team members in reference to my car. I stated multiple times that my license and permanent address was completely different upon buyers order and loan transaction. They totally screwed up and now continuously has me updating and changing different documentation so that my car won’t go into repossession. I work two jobs on the day-to-day basis and do not have time to drive up to Laurel and sit in the car dealership for hours. I would appreciate if the Laurel team would be on one accord when it comes to the buyout transaction of cars because it’s not only annoying, but unfortunate that I have to deal with this situation. I would have loved to keep my five star rating, but the truth is with all the inconsistencies, back-and-forth and different entail from team members, It’s absolutely obnoxious at this point it would be dishonest for me to keep five stars. That said, they will get you into a car, but please make sure That you stick with your word and look over everything because they are all over the place. After receiving the car, I would give Eastern automotive at the Laurel location two stars to be honest and that’s still being generous. More
