Additionally, she tried for an hour to register the Lexus App to my car (turns out there was a system wide outage re the app). I would definitely purchase another car from her! I encountered a long delay in the finance department due to "computer/printer problems". Toyota doesn't have these issues as their documents appear on a table top where the customer can read and sign them. At the end, they provide a thumb drive with everything on it so nothing is printed. Lexus needs to follow Toyota's lead and move into the 21st century! Despite this, LoG still gets a 5-star rating which tells you how good Lara was! Also, someone named Vartan assisted with the app registration a couple of days after delivery, but there was still a system problem, so not a dealer problem. More
