Service here took way longer then it should have an I was forgotten about. It wasnt until my sales guy went to go check on my new car that I got it back. While the final experience was honestly a 5-star thing, I’m taking a point off because actually getting someone to provide a quote over email was difficult. I dealt with what I assume were a couple of bots I’m taking a point off because actually getting someone to provide a quote over email was difficult. I dealt with what I assume were a couple of bots, as no matter what I said, they just responded with website postings. Once I was able to connect with Landon, things went really smoothly, and I would recommend others to Findlay Honda and Landon specifically. I had my quote and possible financing lined up before heading in, and Landon didn’t try to push any extras on me. All the terms, including the doc fee, were reasonable and not outrageous like other dealerships had quoted me. I was in and out in under three hours with a brand-new car. More
