That service dealership wasn't very cooperative, but the staff (floor managers Eddie and Mike Rodriguez, desk manager Doug Jones, used car manager Dan Thomas) at this Honda store, led by salesman Landon Sorensen, persevered on my behalf, picked up my trade-in from that store and made the deal work beyond my expectations. A lot of stores say they will do anything to make a deal work, but this store really means it. I can't say enough good things about this store and my 2 buying experiences there. More

Once I was able to connect with Landon, things went really smoothly, and I would recommend others to Findlay Honda and Landon specifically. I had my quote and possible financing lined up before heading in, and Landon didn’t try to push any extras on me. All the terms, including the doc fee, were reasonable and not outrageous like other dealerships had quoted me. I was in and out in under three hours with a brand-new car. More
