Best car buying experience I have ever had in 40+ years of purchasing 14 new cars! The brand-new dealership itself is beautiful and everyone from the receptionist to the sales staff to the parts departmen of purchasing 14 new cars! The brand-new dealership itself is beautiful and everyone from the receptionist to the sales staff to the parts department were always friendly and professional. My salesperson, Caleb Burst, was extremely helpful and patient as I tried various models and trims, and he always had a smile despite all of my numerous questions over the course of several days. He gets 6 stars out of 5! The sales process itself was simple and clear...and without 'add-on' extra pricing gimmicks. It did NOT involve multiple trips back and forth to "speak with the manager to see what we can do" while my wife and I waited and waited and waited like we experienced at two other local dealerships... The Paretti pricing was extraordinarily competitive and fair, both for my trade-in vehicle and the new one. Brady Hulsey, the General/Sales Manager expedited the paperwork quickly and without encouraging me to buy "extras" that I did not want. The "cherry on top" was from Ben, who sat with my wife and I in our new car and explained and demonstrated every feature available for almost an hour. I would not hesitate to suggest Paretti and Caleb to any of my friends and neighbors who were looking to purchase a new Mazda! More

The vehicle we wanted was in stock at Paretti Mazda of Covington. Our sales rep, Richard Findley, was excellent with his demeanor and knowledge. Zero high pressure and recommended that we drive both vehicles we were interested in, a CX50 and a CX5. We traded in our 2016 Mazda 6 on the CX5 that we test drove. Our Mazda 6 GS was in excellent condition, and we received a very good trade in value for it. We were offered a very good deal which we accepted and drove home in our new 2024 Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition. Since I am a retired mechanic, I was interested in the Service Department. The Service Advisor introduced himself to me and I got a look at the shop. I wanted to order a set of rubber mats for our new CX5 but the Parts Department had them in stock. I purchased them and took them with us. We are so very please with our purchase and I am very impressed with the cleanliness and professional staff at Paretti Mazda of Covington. I regret that I am a retired mechanic as I think I would really enjoy working at this dealership. The staff at Paretti Mazda of Covington have made a lasting impression on us and we will be customers for life. A side note, our sales Reps father sold Christie a brand new Triumph TR6 at Paretti in New Orleans in 1973 when she graduated from the Southeastern Master Program for Teachers. Small world. More

Great dealership! We drove 2 hours and went past 2 other Mazda dealerships in the process. I'm glad we went with Paretti! Everyone we interacted with was professional and extremely flexible with zero pressure to buy. We worked with Cody, who answered every question or concern we had. Paretti gave us a great deal on a great car with extra goodies thrown in. Total time spent at the dealership was great. It was a quick process, but also very thorough and did not feel rushed. We wish we lived closer so that we could visit for services, but we will definitely be back in the future when are looking to buy again! More

To be honest! For the most part enjoyable…. Two things bothered me at the very beginning and my gut was telling me to leave. I believe when someone walks into a For the most part enjoyable…. Two things bothered me at the very beginning and my gut was telling me to leave. I believe when someone walks into an establishment - they should be greeted. I looked around and nobody said anything to me at first. Just a smile. After a few seconds but felt like minutes, a salesperson (who remains seated) says I know who you are, with a great big smile. Okay, I’m thinking, am I to assume you are the same person I’ve been texting? I felt very uncomfortable. I believe people should stand up, walk to the person, introduce themselves and welcome them. Call me crazy but that’s the way my generation was taught. Maybe things are different now….. Then after a few minutes of talking I had a question and Diane wasn’t quite sure, so she directed me to ask the man who sat beside her. As I started to ask the question, I was interrupted by this man and barked at. He did come to apologize to me but I feel this was probably done because I did call his behavior out. I continued on with the sale because I was enjoying Diane. Later on I was sitting in the finance office (who by the way was also fantastic!) when I heard Diane’s name being called …. in the few seconds it took her to respond the louder and more aggressive he (original man who apologized to me) became. I was very angry over hearing this and I would bet my money, this same man speaks to all his female colleagues in this same demeaning manner. More
