It is a great refreshing experience compared to Naples Nissan. My only complaint is that I brought my car in to check the battery and starting system. Work was done on my car so I did not authorize and was asked to pay when I did not authorize it. He intimated that my husband was a liar and I have never been treated like that at this dealership before I asked to pay when I did not authorize it. Provided no paperwork for total of amount financed before leaving dealership. Gave us a micro chip to download later, which I did two days later. It was quite a shock. There was over $3000 dollars of pork I leaving dealership. Gave us a micro chip to download later, which I did two days later. It was quite a shock. There was over $3000 dollars of pork I never agreed to. After over 2 weeks of trying find out why this was, I was told there was a never mentioned dealer fee (I call xxxxxxxx), and a service contract we never agreed to. This was never specified in the bogus paperwork I was able to download. I believe they took advantage of an old couple just because they could. Oh well, fool me once, shame on me. More
