Communication was non existent,had to call twice for updates on brakes that took 6 hours to complete with an appointment. My chrome valve stem covers that I just put on my car were lost by the people in the garage and all in all was the worst visit I've had at this location. They can blame being under construction all they want but I've had good visits with it being under construction there is no excuse. Was charged 550 for 2 rear brakes that were just replaced 20k miles ago. When last time all four brakes including rotors replaced were done for 900. Definitely will be taking business elsewhere after this visit. Zero greeting when walking into the service advisor trailer, I had to wait for phone calls to finish before I knew who to talk to. When leaving with my car I had greasy hand and head prints all over the out side of the car. I have a long standing relationship with most of the staff and upper management from this location and like I said after this visit I'll be taking my business somewhere else. More
