Made me pay for a $1000 package where on my past purchase was an option. I was not even made aware of this until closing the deal of our purchase of a 2026 Traverse. This was NOT communicated to me during ou was an option. I was not even made aware of this until closing the deal of our purchase of a 2026 Traverse. This was NOT communicated to me during our previous meetings. VERY disappointed! Unless circumstances change, we probably will seek elsewhere on our next purchase. We even paid cash for this vehicle! Everyone was professional and courteous. The only unforseen issue was they sent me to the ceramic auto shop for a minor repair. That was good until I went home and suffered much more damage The only unforseen issue was they sent me to the ceramic auto shop for a minor repair. Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that has a Kelley warranty on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were w on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were working on the paperwork and haven't even started working on the jeep yet. This isn't what you call great or even good service period. More
