I dealt directly with Bobby (Sales manager) for the most part. Lance was the salesman involved with paperwork, etc. As usual Bobby provided outstanding customer service. I explained to him what I wanted for part. Lance was the salesman involved with paperwork, etc. As usual Bobby provided outstanding customer service. I explained to him what I wanted for a vehicle and what I had to trade in. He provided me with a vehicle and informed me what deal he could make and we came to an agreement with no hassle involved. Lance was very professional and very courteous through the whole deal. Lance was willing to assist in anyway he could. A very pleasant experience overall. More

Disorganized Went to see a truck that dealership had for 60 days. Still had logo stickers all over it from previous owner, empty gas tank, dry rot tires with gouge Went to see a truck that dealership had for 60 days. Still had logo stickers all over it from previous owner, empty gas tank, dry rot tires with gouges in the tread. Talked them down to reasonable price of 24k. Couldn't get them to throw in new tires, they tried to say tires were great, they're not. When we went to pick up next day to finalize sale truck wasn't ready, they left the stickers on and we had to beg they fill up the gas tank, said we pay for half because that's how cheap they are. They never gave us key code for the door lock. Then we had to bring it back later for them to do failed safety for the registration, instead of them doing that before we picked up. They said they lost the paperwork after 30 days even though they're the ones that did the safety, said they never got a copy of it. Told me originally it would take less than 30 days, then 45 days, then 90 days. Went back, service blamed sales, said it shouldnt take this long but the head manager of dealership didn't want to send someone to DMV that day. So long story short still waiting for registration. Very disorganized dealership, they don't take care of customers and you have to ask them to do things they should be doing themselves. Service dept. seems great. Just wish this transaction could have been smoother and more professional. Not what you would expect from a Ford Dealer. More
