He did a great job, and he kept communications with me during the whole process. He was really nice. The car runs great when he found out my part wasn’t covered by the warranty he found a way to get it co during the whole process. He was really nice. Everything went fairly smooth. I am still waiting for a radio to be replaced that didn't work when I purchased the vehicle. Trying to convince me to take a car payment I couldn't afford he suggested I get an Uber or Lyft job to finance it. Very unprofessional! The have pretty good customer service, nothing special, but they get the job done. I have been in a few times for various things for my car. I had a 8:00 am scheduled appointment for a recall, an alignment and a diagnostic. Three business days later, I still couldn’t get a call back from my service rep. I could, however, get calls from sales a alignment and a diagnostic. Three business days later, I still couldn’t get a call back from my service rep. I could, however, get calls from sales and a service manager. When the service rep did get back to me after 4 days in the shop , I was told they were ordering parts and it would be a few days more. The quote I received at that time for the replacement of an air conditioning compressor was $1,649! I declined, and later got repair at another shop for less than $400 and was told that the compressor was not faulty. They also recommended a necessary repair for my timing chain which was close to $4,000 ( in essence totaling a vehicle with less than 125,000 miles). After waiting a week, at great inconvenience, my car was “ready”at end of business day and the alignment I paid for was not performed as documented with video. Unethical, unprofessional, and unbelievable, be very wary. Shame on you Lithia of Reno for preying on families. More

Hard push by a salesman to show & sell another car while we were waiting. Luke. Unfortunately, we were uncomfortable w/ his approach. Lance was awesome. We were traveling & stopped in w/o an appt.
