I had been without a car for almost 3 months, Platinum Collisions...do not go there!!! After they had it, for just hail damage repairs, it had to be sent to Honda for electrical issues. LACK of communicat Collisions...do not go there!!! After they had it, for just hail damage repairs, it had to be sent to Honda for electrical issues. LACK of communication caused my husband to search and locate my car at Honda. Once we found out they had it, they did their best to help. Found out my car is more trouble than we needed, had enough with Platinum. Jim in service reached out to James is sales, who then reached out to Darlene. They let us test drive a potential new car, it was my 2nd choice. Sadly I had to give it up, way out of price range, but got a great deal on my 1st choice. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership. More
