I needed a bigger car. Therefore, I went to Carl Black to see what they had on the lot! Will introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for! At that time, they didn’t have anything on the lot that see what they had on the lot! Will introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for! At that time, they didn’t have anything on the lot that met my needs. However, Will went above and beyond to find the car that I wanted! He reached out to me about a Volvo! I was definitely interested! He picked up the car for me and drove it to the Hiram location from another Carl black location. When I came to look at the car, he was very knowledgeable about the car and explained everything to me. ( I wasn’t used to all the fancy gadgets) He took his time and was very patient! When it was time for the deal! I didn’t feel pressured at all. The deal was smooth and fast! Straight to the point. I was in and out with the car I always wanted and at a great deal! This dealership has changed for the worst. They have become straight CROOKS. The customer service is fake and they throw in your face when they willing helped to save you a few dollars for repair servic become straight CROOKS. The customer service is fake and they throw in your face when they willing helped to save you a few dollars for repair services then change to becoming trying to rob your pockets. Two times I had to escalate an issue and miraculousy the issue is resolved after doing so. Train your technicians thoroughly and customers should not have to come back repeatedly and be expected to pay more money for an issue. Thank God for bringing everything to light. I see why there is a lot if negative reviews for their used car dept. There are some trustworthy repair shops and I will give them my business. More
